The line was officially launched by Michal Krapinec (not seen), CEO of Czech national rail operator Ceske drahy (CD), German Transport Minister Patrick Schnieder (middle), European Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism Apostolos Tzitzikostas (not seen) and representatives of railway companies, including Krapinec.
