Video shows the officer grabbing Blake by his t-shirt from behind as he tried to get in his car, and then shooting him seven times in the back at pointblank range. The shooting, which was condemned by Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, was followed by fires and looting downtown. Blake is reported Monday out of surgery and in intensive care.
