  • Nov. 11, 1971 - A son for Moody Blue Mike Pinder and His wife.; Donna, 20-year-old American born wife of Moody Blues members Mike Pinder gave birth to their first child, a son at St. Teresa s Hospital, Wimbledon on Tuesday (Nov23). The baby, who weighed 8lb 4 oz, is to be named Daniel Elan. The couple met in the U.S. and married last year in Epsom. They live in Cobham, Surrey. Mike Pinder plays mellotron, writes and sings with the Moddy Blues, one of the world s top bands. It is interesting that the Moddy Blues most recent LP, which has topped charts all round the world, is titled Every Good Boy Deserves Favour .
