CLIFFORD.Detective Mike Douglas, with the Florida State Fire Marshal s Office, investigates the scene of one of Friday s (3 7 14) fires, at lot 103, in the Frontier Village Mobile Home Park, 30700 US Hwy 19, Palm Harbor, with the help of accelerant detection canine Misty. Deputies responded to the call at 2:30 a.m. prompting a multi-agency investigation of two separate fires discovered at the park this morning, including the mobile home on lot 103 engulfed in flames. A neighbor helped evacuate the two residents inside, Animal Kidd, 65, and Marcus DeVoto, 63, who were both treated for smoke inhalation, according to deputies. While Palm Harbor Fire Rescue was extinguishing the fire at lot 103, another smaller fire was discovered at lot 80 nearby and was quickly extinguished.
